“This is an exciting time for UK industry, with huge pressure on construction, waste management and agriculture to drive down costs, improve efficiency and become greener.
The AirBoss game plan is very simple. We are going to continue manufacturing tyres that
cannot puncture. These tyres save money and increase productivity.

Many of you are representing Great British construction at the highest levels; including
working on Olympics projects, new roads and airport terminals. These are contracts which
cannot afford the delays caused by tyre-punctures. Our national pride is at stake here.

We believe in Great British manufacturing. Too many of our country’s factories have closed
their doors over the last few years. Now it’s down to us and manufacturing plants like ours
to carry the torch.  We will carry it with pride, and continue manufacturing tyres to meet your needs.”
Don Gillanders, AirBoss CEO

We use the greatest rubber in Great Britain

We don’t use tyre specialists for our rubber segments. We use some of the most experienced
rubber moulders in Great Britain, to make our specialist tyre system.

Don’t all tyre manufacturers do this? Unfortunately not.

Most manufacturers use tyre-specialists to mould their rubber onto their tyres. Our segments are made from the highest grade rubber compounds, produced within a rigorous, quality-controlled environment; and the silica in our rubber segments helps stop any cracks from migrating.

Despite how cool it sounded back in the 70s, you can’t burn rubber. At least not our rubber.

Our rubber is heat-resistant with a low heat build up and fast heat dissipation; so you can drive your vehicles on the roads without the inherent heat issues of your current tyres.

We track every rubber segment

We offer unparalleled quality control by date-stamping every segment we make upon production. We can trace batches, times and dates.

The bigger the footprint, the better your handling

The AirBoss tyre system has a wider footprint than most pneumatic and foam tyres, giving you greatly improved control of their vehicles.

This means (if you get bored) you can:

  • Turn 360’ in a Skidsteer
  • Reverse 180’ in a vehicle
  • Drive a dumper over sharp rocks or through broken glass!
